Hello! I’m looking for a second roommate to move into my house. Currently I live with my roommate Dana, a non-profit worker like me, and her small 14-year-old dog, Sparky. The house is an 1890 four-bedroom, two-bath located just off of the business district in the Creston neighborhood of Grand Rapids. I have a second floor bedroom available that comes with half of a shared office/studio space on the first floor. There is ample basement storage and off-street parking as well.
Rent is $475/month plus utilities (water, electric, and gas). Trash and compost pickup are included. There is a washer in the basement, and dryers can be found a 1-minute walk away at Sit N Spin Laundromat.
